Not closed, but they hit gas of various types. A small positive in the ground, but a company that drilled a target not knowig it was closed! That bends my head.
The shorts might of had an inside scoop. They were shorting, prior to the news, as the stock dropped. Interesting. They will need volume now to cover their short and I suspect some effort by them to create liquidity. Has Mr Duck been around?

Maybe they will attract a partner. Larger oil companies will see the data as a positive, more than the stock market. They will likely be in a weaker place to negotiate terms with the latest results. But, a partner would help.

Yes yo_dog I too think it very curious that Mr. Duck has fled this pond. I thought for sure that he would be quacking and flapping like mad in fits of joy at this bad news!

to be fair he actually doesn't need to flap and quack... as of right now he knows he's right and we are wrong until reco can prove differently
