Payola?!

Namcor Managing Director Mulunga who was instrumental in  offering to sell 5 percent stake of the oil concession back to ReconAfrica for US$2.0 million cash and 5 million shares @$6.35 is toast. Namcor just announced the sack. Who at ReconAfrica signed off in the questionable deal?

If gov folks thought there really was oil they never would have sold. This is obviously a coverup for a payoff to corrupt parties!
