this company is cheaper than a private company.

it is indeed. Add to that likely some new buybacks once the last "buyback year" has passed - maybe it already has? I don't think they used up the full 5% last year, but if i recall it correctly it was quite close.  The change in business direction is also interesting. Might be some margin potential in better using their properties.
