The share price may not move much until an official announcement or report is produced by the company.
Any idea when an update from the company is coming?
The area in question is not heavily populated but it is farming country and there are lots of people around and they have a pretty good idea of what is happening. Some of them work for the oil companies while others own the mineral rights or surface rights so they keep a good eye on the drills.
