Thanksfor all the educational comments from everyone. I am learning lots but isn't that what investing in stocks is all about especially small caps. The O & G portion of my stock portfolio is very small as I acknowledge my knowledge is limited in this area & I prefer to extend most of my efforts elsewhere. At this time I will just stand pat on my RER investment viewing it as a pure value play & realizing that they have execution challenges. I refuse to buy a stock such as PEY which I view as overloved & highly valued by the market. Part of the reason for that may be that I do not understand enough about it nor do I wish to spend the time to learn all that I would need to know to make a better judgement. Having said that I have seen enough to agree that PEY is an exceptional company. However that does not necessarily mean it will be a good investment from this day forward.
