I haven't been able to access the financials on Sedar+ yet but this number stands out for me: Reitman's cash holdings are now $ 96,681,000. This company is a money making machine.

Yes , Q3 should add good cash too maybe they will finish the year with 150M cash thats roughly the actual market cap lol

No debt , near market cap in cash, so real estate assets, inventory and goodwill are valued close to 0$. RET should be @ $6 stock , eventually value will emerge !
