IF ...long term EBITDA is $75 million (50% of 2022-23 FYR)

then use a 3..5-4.0 X EBITDA ...then a fair price of the stock should $5.00-$6.00 range. This is discounting cash in bank of $2.00 a share and property value of $2-3/ a share.

I stand to be corrected. EBITDA for 2022-23 was 95 million. 50% of that would be 47 million. 47 x 4.0 multiplier = 200 million or $4/share + $2 cash = $6.00 discounting property value of $2-3/share
