Agree with Kent,  this proves non voting should be flushed and voting should get at least 4 x premium it makes no sense a D the non voting have lost a ton of value cause they can't think it looks like imo

Agreed but I have open orders @ $2,97 and $2,98 and nobody to fill them so there is very limited selling right now!

Dear Dead Wood, There is $2 in cash with a stock that traded at $2.05... There is real estate and no long term debt.  This means investors place a NEGATIVE value on management and board of directors.

Will be buying on the close...that being said this BOD needs to get their act together,  so many levers..Any thoughts why the Reitman family is not pro active. Almost feels like their preparing a mgmt buyout a so e ridiculous low ball offer. Any input is appreciated.
