from 3.5 million shares to 4.3 million shares 

This will increase the share counts while at the same time they are willing to buy back up to 10% of the class A shares.

If they announce NCIB and approve buy back, the BEST way this works if the RET.A actually sell 10% of their shares, its really just a transfer and a 10% buyout IMO not fact.

Option price has no relevance, it's a roll down , this yr $3, next $2.50 etc etc they expire 3yrs 5yrs roll down and buy out on other end, that's why they hired slick to pump it all, just think they spent 14mil on sorting, sorting what? Its not growing, its strictly a bottom line idem, and its not reflected in the share price, there is nothing for the real estate and even less for the ...more

And the 1.5 million salary  500k is for service but really the other 1 mil is to purchase options and it's also a line item that has effect on bottom line. This whole latest announcement  you only have to know money is liquid, it it's used in one section then it's removed from another  it can't be manipulated like language, it's mathematical period.
