I wonder if they will look to sell their real estate as a way to finance a potential settlement with creditors. I believe they own a 500,000 sf distribution centre near the port of Montreal along with an office building also located in
Mtl. Given current demand for warehousing I imagine the distribution centre would fetch a high price.
