to state that some mysterious evolving ever changing circumstance is the problem.
I guess that means to never start or sell any business, as the markets change daily.
And, if the aquirer has not done the dd they needed, why even start negotiations in
the first place. You mean after 4x they cannot make a decision ?
I dont buy it. 5x and they cannot get their act together ?
