It's like SM is trying to show that something is happening or he's just running out of money and desperate so they pick the number 12.5 million which sounded good, in fact not so good. I don't know why the share prices are not climbing at all being that it was in the 40s a while back no problem. Does it have to do with company is not making money anymore, probably
