Obviously the inept investors that bought millions between.30 > .40 cents trying to average down on the promoted dreams..lol . Haven't noticed anyone reporting as a 10% insider, so definitely no singular entity. How quickly the cheering begins when this stock goes to a piddly .115 cents after the fantasy that no one would vote for even 2 bucks ..hahaha, now people would beg to even see .25 cents.
