He only has so many more shares he needs to get rid of on the next pump until he can walk away. I'd say we see another p&d before shareholder votes because he has to see the writing in the wall. He will get rid of the rest of his shares and walk away. Leaving the shareholders he so dearly cared for (lol) high and dry.
