A 25% discount is the most allowed. This leads me to believe that although it was pumped up, the PP closing at 0.29 is a possibility. I think Erik knows that if this closes at 0.29, it can easily top that in a short time frame. Also, if he's named the new president he will get a load of the 0.13 options. That's already motivation for him to bring SP past 0.29 as it doubles the value of his options and is easy money. With the SP sitting this low, I have no doubt shareholders will also vote in favor of this PP and the change of control because it's an obvious life line and much needed. if we were sitting at 0.30, a vote for a change of control and massive dilution at 0.29 would have been laughed at.
