Long time Revo President & Chairman James Pettit Quit Suddenly on SUNDAY April 30, 2023 , which was odd at best. He doesn't have to report his Revo sells after that date through SEDI, but his history indicates he never exercised his cheap options without selling shares on the open market first for a profit and just like the rest of Revo's management group.
Subsequently, and since he just recently participated in one of his other Companies private placement, there is a very high probability he sold off his remaining 976,100 Revo shares to do so.
