He wasnt sick enough to put out an NR on Feb 28th COMPLETELY acting like the next day the deal was being annouced FULLY KNOWING 1000% that the deal wasn't closing that day and he was going to start dumping his shares while keeping his shareholders in the dark.
- There are arms lengths of other example of how Steve misled investors while he benefitted and they suffered.

Not sure your connection to Steve but it doesnt look like he looked out much for you does it? Maybe trusting Steve is a mistake like many have said on here.
