based on the information in the management information circular filed on SEDAR today. Just like the part-time, "acting" CFO who curiously gets paid 50% more money than the CEO ???

These are the only Canadian actors listed for this little venture outfit and must be needed to meet exchange requirements. The rest of the management ? crew are basically out of Tenerife, Spain in the Canary Islands which seems to have a legit reputation for business...lol
