RE:Visa direct / RevoluPayRevo announced on Jan 28, 2022 that they were going through a principal member of Visa ( Aevis Europa, Spain ) to sponsor them for one of those 550 affiliate Visa member "sub-licenses" of which they haven't achieved much with based on their financials.
