This Stock is definitely acting like more bad News on the way Revo traded 1,327,000 shares on the ATS today and TD was a steady dumper at .025 cents and NO this is not accumulation as that's when a stock goes up in price and in Revo's case, it's definitely dumping as the price continues to go down; just look at the chart :
