Who dumps huge at .12 cents just before News? The only thing that can seriously come to mind is bad News on the way.

When this kind of stuff happens, why doesn't TSX hault trading or intervene to protect shareholders? Do we have to call and file a complaint? Clearly, the CEO has privileged information that the rest of us don't and he's acting on it. He lives in Panama ... the Canadian exchange has no teeth ... he knows this ... nothing would happen to him anyway ... Canada laws are a joke .... if this was the US then he should be worried but it's not
