I'm not sure. It seems like the TSXV requires an update, of there hasn't been one, within 30 days of an announced transaction. 30 days from April 26th is tomorrow. I don't know if they have to update the market, or just the TSXV itself. I feel the idea of "continuous disclosure" means updating the market itself but I guess we'll find out soon enough. 30 days is a long ...more

No they don't,  but we should be hearing about a few previously released tech updates soon.  Visa direct is a major project and undertaking.   did anyone notice RevoluPOS has been updated 4 times the past 2 weeks?
