if the pp suitor was interested in the pp why are they not buying shares in the market up to 29 cents and buy the remaining in the pp,makes no sense to me

I genuinely asked Steve just now, I sense that any share acquired outside the pp would be insider trading. I'm sure they've seen non public disseminated info. So to buy above said agreement of shares is an advantage

There is no suitor. PP investor is Erik's newly incorporated Austria company, as per April 26 NR
