Visa direct is likely being approved by visa as the API was integrated into RevoluPAY and Send. From what I read it's a fairly intense and comprehensive process. Andorra, judging by the news release they have likely preliminarily agreed to an outline of an agreement, and putting it to contract "DA" so we should see who, what, and how much very shortly.
