Now let's look at Revo's Ceo Steve Marshall's shenanigans

Between Nov 07, 2022 > March 31, 2023 he unloaded over 20,000,000 ( yes 20 MILLION ) shares between .3982 CENTS to .1247 CENTS. He has 5,962,000 shares remaining and I'd imagine he has an ithchy trigger finger. The bottom line is if Revo management are all selling off their shares or immediately quiting, how promising could the outlook possibly be here ?
