FWIW, this whole theory that options will be exercised and dumped, it hasn't happened and it won't happen. This news won't result in any sp gains until it's a done deal.  Only then, will the market react accordingly

Erik and his companies need us just as much as we need them,  our licenses are very valuable.  And our processing tech too.

"it wont happen": how do you know this? Are you being fed company info? Is that part of your 5 cent "incentive" options? kinda shady and vse-like if you are aware of such info, as you are stating.

It's common sense.  Nobody is going to sell options at a loss, just to cash up the company.
