Why would anyone want RevoluPAY S.L.?
I thought licenses are free? And easy to get

That $4.3 million , which is (subject to final negotiation, adjustments and currency fluctuations); meaning a lot less, is for everything Revo has that basically brings in that small amount of revenue.
