Either the insiders are not very smart or there is a small chance they can get 1. Steveville working well, 2. Val Marie Joint venture progressing quickly, 3. Forty Mile well drilled quickly, provensuccessful, and leading to off-take agreement and debt financing for a helium plant that will be quicker and cheaper, and more reliable than the Steveville plant.
At the least there is CAD $137,959,92 of insider money willing to bet on that 2 days ago.
