I'm outI wish you all good luck here and I think the Val Marie JV could be huge. Forty Mile also has potential. But the first quarter financial numbers are bad, Steveville not yet at target, expenses much greater than revenues. Won't meet covenants end of 2024, which gives banks a lot of power. And no revenues from other areas will be coming for a long time.
I just had other places I like better to put in what was left (a small amount) of my RHC holding.
