Dean seems to be a major source on this article - quoted several times - impressed.  Still handing out shares to pay consultants. Using shares to cover bills and in lieue of interest payments on debt is always a bad sign. Lets at least get the Val Marie and Ogema wells tested. That testing is a couole of years late.
