Royal Helium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is focused on the exploration, production, and infrastructure with a primary focus on the development and production of helium and associated gases. The Company controls over 1,000,000 acres of prospective helium permits and leases across southern Saskatchewan and southeastern Alberta. Its helium reservoirs are carried primarily with nitrogen. Its helium lease/permit land is comprised of 10 main blocks spanning southwestern to southeastern Saskatchewan. Its exploration drilling at the Climax block in the southwest resulted in the discovery of the Climax Nazare zone. Lithium doesn't exist in any meaningful way or timeline.

Why was it inevitable that there would be a sharp sell off on space news (contract to offtake half of production to an end user, which is wonderful.)

Because they have not made any progress on production and revenue (part of which will come from that deal.

They need some production equipment to process the 15 mmcf/day at Steveville and the 5 mmcf/day at shallow Climax.

That equiptment has a price tag and a long least time.  Last week they announced (in the space news presentation)  are in the process of starting to pick a vendor "this week".   That is the same story for the last year.  They have a clear plan, we have been assured.  But the market wants to see that plan. (the order and the financing).   If it had been included in the space news presentation the shares would have doubled.
