ouch....big dilution at low price and doesn't even fund the extra $12 million that is needed to complete the funding of the steveville facility. I thought RHC said the engineering and design of that facility was all done. They have been saying that for awhile.
"The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to fund engineering and design costs associated with the Company's production plant planned for Steveville, completion and exploration activities on the Company's lands and for general corporate purposes."
