RHC secures funds for plant construction & avoids dilution

RHC secures funds for plant construction & avoids dilution

Royal Helium's (RHC.V RHCCF)  Steveville Plant is currently under construction and the first delivery from Stevevilel to RHC's offtake partner is set for April.

The plant will produce 99.999% pure Helium as well as food-grade CO2 and natural gas which will be used to power the plantSteveville is expected to produce 22M cubic feet of He per year+ It should stay online for 9 years

To fund the plant's construction RHC borrowed $20M, a solid move IMO as it lets the company avoid further dilution
