Folks who just bought 15 million worth of this stock see this going up a lot further than just 70 cents and they would have priced in potential dilution, so whether that's going to happen today or tomorrow is irrelevant imho.

Should close around 50 cents as people sell the stock to recover their money and just keep the warrants for free.
