The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to the option agreement dated June 28, 2013, between Redhill Resources Corp. and Teuton Resources Corp. whereby Redhill has been granted an option to acquire up to a 60-per-cent interest in three mineral claims totalling 1,292 hectares. The claims are located in the Liard mining division, east of the town of Iskut in the Red Chris region of northwestern British Columbia. Consideration is $300,000, 1.4 million shares, and $4.5-million in exploration and work commitments.
