REDHILL BEGINS EXPLORATION ON YELLOW CHRIS SOUTH PROPERTY

Redhill Resources Corp. has mobilized exploration crews, and begun a program of soil sampling, geological mapping and geophysical surveying over the Yellow Chris South property near Iskut, B.C., in northwest British Columbia.

The property has been optioned from Teuton Resources Corp., whereby Redhill can earn up to a 60-per-cent interest in the property by making certain cash and share payments, and completing certain exploration expenditures over a six-year period.

The property adjoins the Colorado Resources Ltd.'s North Rok property to the north and east, and is situated within a couple of kilometres of Colorado's recent discovery hole reported as running 242 metres averaging 0.63 per cent copper and 0.85 gram per tonne gold.

Recent geophysical surveying by Colorado is reported to have identified magnetic anomalies trending onto Redhill ground. Previous work on the Yellow Chris South claims, including geophysical and geochemical sampling, has identified a geophysical setting similar to that at the North Rok property.

The company also reports the termination of its option agreement with Decade Resources Ltd. and Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd. The optioned claims were part the Aspen property. This affects all of the Aspen West claims and southern part of the Aspen East claims.

The company continues to hold all other claims that make up the Aspen property. Pending the results of recent prospecting work on these other claims, exploration will continue.
