There is no evidence to suggest that patient enrollment was slower than expected. Lisa has always been conservative with her projections and we can't forget that there were a number of clients operating on the platform for a long time in unpaid pilots. If anything, the enrolment rates are likely higher than the original 1000 patients/month, which has always been conveyed in numerous publicly available sources.
