A net profit margin is not EBITDA.
Revenues are $10
So lets say they have 85% GM $8.50
If operating expenses are 20% of revenues. $2
The EBITDA would be $6.50 keep in mind this is simlified I have not taken out ammortization from the $2. so the EBITDA margin would be $6.50 or 65%
Or at least that is how I see it.
