You really like the company and started a new account today. But we need clarification on somethign you clearly have no understanding of. Even when its explained to you in the simplest of fashions.
Look up how a REIT functions on an accounting basis. The gross margin is .....100%. It costs nothing to generate revenue. You can look for the rest of your liives to find a service or product producing company that is EBITDA 85%. Screen away and go for it.
There is no bold claim from anyone that its EBITDA margins. None.
