I think its a conservative PE for a company showing this much growth. Maybe too conservative but based on that kind of growth I think conservative. 

ie: I do not think the growth stops or they get bought out before we see the growth curve progress. 

And as has been brought out what will they do with the cash? Dividends? I think the 20 PE is a good guide. And also falls in line with the scenerios detailed in the post referenced to. 

Any feedback is appreciated as in what is a normal PE for the healthcare sector.
