I suggest that you have a look at the background materials found on the company's website, which can be viewed here: RHT.V – WHO WE ARE/WHAT WE DO. Here is an article that touches upon the events that culminated in the lawsuit: Reliq Health Technologies (RHT.V) – anticipating a great 2019; scroll down to view various related comments. In a nutshell, corporate employees stole their technology, left the company, and tried to compete with them. It didn't end well for the former employees, and a financial settlement in favour of RHT.V was eventually entered into. These events set them back quite a bit, but they are past it now. Telemedicine seems like a sector that can only grow and I have had a hard time finding the details I want about their platform. I am also heavily invested in TDOC which I think is a better investment, but id like to know anyone's thoughts on the company so far.
