I second your sentiments. IR's response is exactly right. The (small) tail shouldn't wag the (big) dog.

If they were able to make good projections about onboarding numbers, I'm sure they would update us but with the current COVID-19 situation, it's hard to make such projections. They'll have the occasion to update us in the ER which will be around 3 weeks.

We'll get news one time or another. Patience is key.
