RE:I don’t think Lisa should resign but take a backseat in....That is exactly what every CEO is supposed to do: drive the corporate vision and ensure that the resources are in place to make it happen. As companies grow, a CEO's role changes. Even though it is still early days here, we are already seeing this beginning to happen.

But credit to Lisa to move from VHI, her old employer, to RHT and promoted RHT successfully and created a hype in 2017. That demonstrates she ability in this particular area. However she definitely lack the experience in how US healthcare system - Medicaid and Medicare works. She resorted to the US employees, trusting them and then end up with a court settlement with them and a company on the binge of folding. Again she shows her best to bring out RHT version 2 as we invest in now. Having said that as a CEO her strength to execution is not measuring up with her as a company promoter. Along with the pattern of keeping investors in the dark during crisis her tricks that work in the past has lost her shine.
I would rather like to see, as Good4U suggests, a seasoned personnel to take the job to concentrate on the execution of the on-boards. Lisa can then take a backseat to look over the day to day function of the company and emphasizes on business development. Just my opinion.
