It is reasonable to forget about PAZ and Rio Grande From all the previous Webinar, MD&A and IR reply I read these are what the company are telling us, to the best of my knowledge (free to correct for possible missing terms)
1. PAZ worked for Rio Grande and all patients numbers recorded in 2018 are not paid by Medicaid in Texas as the State was in the process to revise new reimbursement code. Only in January 2019 Texas disclosed a set of new codes.
2. Clients then manually handled enrolment for eligibility at their own pace. RHT has no control in the progress.
3. 4 million dollars of devices supposedly bought to facilitate onboard apparently sit idle as inventory in 2018 - 2019, meaning close to no onboard at all for these contracts.
To me let us get a fresh start in 2020, slow but hopeful steady.
