RE:RE:Status of Class Action Lawsuit Filed in November?Was asking a question. Was there any comment on this potentential class action filed in November? All potential future and current investors should be aware of this informaiton.

If this suit gets certified by a judge forget it here. Would like to understand what risk any action would bring to the compnay.
