My comment addressed "I disagree. What good is having 100,000 patients onboarded if there are only enough staff in the care center to manage 10,000? Staffing of the care center is the bottleneck.", and not the underlying link.

IR repeats again RHT is not the bottleneck but stop short to hint it is the Care providers and their doctors putting priorities in other areas because of Covid 19. According to this IR reply we should have good results in a few months. Will you wait? That is a choice to each of his own to balance btw risk and reward.
