RE:PP is a non issue until SP spikes up substantially That is correct, and management is keenly aware of the extra dilution and sense of desperation that can be conveyed to the marketplace when financing is done during a depressed stock price period.

I believe the time will come when SP catches up.  If you think the management is hopeless and believe there will be no growth in both revenue and profitability then there is no point to hold on and wait to see you are right about it. In the future SP will respond as growth is realized. That is the time to contemplate for such a PP.
