The law requires that material information be released; conversely, as noted in the response below, unnecessary communications are frowned upon. Stop agonizing over a lack of information and have patience. At the appropriate time information will be released, by way of a new (material) development, a regularly scheduled shareholder update, or financial statements. Stock market investing requires that emotions be kept in check to achieve the best results.

I expect the Company will be providing updates on a more regular basis going forward but the company only provides updates between quarters if there is a Material event. The Regulators do not look favorably on Companies that provide updates that are not Material so Reliq needs to balance the wishes of shareholders with the guidance of the Regulators.
