Reply from IR - partners having other products I previously asked for clarification regarding competition with other products represented by same contractual partners. This is the reply:
Thank you for your interest in Reliq. It depends on the specific contract terms but in general all of Reliq’s clients are using the iUGO services exclusively with the exception of clients where we have displaced a competitor and there is a contract in place. In those cases, new patients go on the iUGO platform until the old contract expires and then all patients are moved to the iUGO system. Also, some of Reliq’s clients are telemedicine providers and they use their own telemedicine solution but use Reliq’s RPM and Care Management solutions.
There are a number of non-contract reasons why using multiple systems does not make any business sense.
1) Physician practices and healthcare facilities are always trying to reduce the number of software services they need to use. One of the top drivers for using Reliq’s services is that iUGO Care replaces the use of multiple platforms.
2) In most cases Reliq has a separate agreements with the physician practice and Reliq’s team works directly with them.
3) Clients generally have tiered pricing based on volume. It would be more costly to use multiple systems than one.
4) For most of our clients, Reliq or one of our subcontractors are providing Care Management which is only done on the iUGO platform.
