Teewater, this management knows share price means a lot more than you think - their lifelines is to issue  stock options to wait afloat and pay daily expenses. They cannot pay the bills when price is lower than their option price. 

They will put up PRs in full swing if it can trigger higher prices. No news means nothing substantial to announce - Investing 101.
